In the Jabal Omar area on Ibrahim Al Khalil Street, Makkah, just steps away from the Holy Mosque (Al-Masjid Al-Haram).

• Building

  Two towers, each with two elevator areas. Emergency exits are near the elevators in both towers.

  • Makkah Tower (A): a variety of rooms and facilities.
  • Madinah Tower (B): suites and additional amenities.

• Restaurants and cafés

  • AZure (Ground Floor): Indian and Malaysian food, 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
  • Sahtein (Second Floor): Mediterranean, lunch and dinner 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
  • Al Mustafa (First Floor): international; breakfast 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM, lunch 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM, dinner 7:30 PM – 10:00 PM.
  • Al Multaqa Café (Ground Floor): light meals and drinks, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM.

• Prayer room (musalla)

  Third Floor, overlooking the Holy Mosque. Open 24 hours.

• Building

  Two towers, A and B, each with two elevator areas for guest rooms only. Emergency exits are near the elevators in both towers. Two shared elevators sit between the DoubleTree Hotel and the Address Hotel:

  • Elevator C1: leads to the Panda Supermarket.
  • Elevator C4: leads to the prayer room.

• Restaurants and cafés

  • Zafaran Restaurant (M Floor): breakfast 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM; dinner 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM, from 1 Dhul-Hijjah.
  • Fayrouz Café (Ground Floor).

• Services

  • Lamasat Men's Barber Salon.
  • Laundry: dial extension 14 to request the service.
  • Lost and found: contact reception, who will coordinate with housekeeping.
  • Red Crescent medical services: available through reception.

• Getting to the Haram

  Shuttle buses run 24/7, stopping at the hotel gate every 15 minutes, to Hilton Conrad (C1), from where you continue to the Haram courtyard. Or walk along the pedestrian pathway, about 15 minutes.

• Building

  Two towers, A and B, each with main elevators serving the guest floors. An additional elevator in the centre of the lobby does not reach every floor. Emergency exits are near the main elevator areas in both towers.

• Restaurants

  Two restaurants on the Ground Floor (G) and a third on an upper floor. Breakfast 6:30 AM – 10:30 AM; dinner 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM.

• Prayer rooms and parking

  • Men's prayer room: B3 Floor.
  • Women's prayer room: C2 Floor.
  • Parking: B3 Floor.

• Getting to the Haram

  The route to the Holy Mosque is from the C1 Floor.

• Building

  Five adjacent towers, with customer service in Tower 1 and two entrances to the tower.

• Restaurant

  R Floor. Breakfast 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM; lunch 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM; dinner 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

• Services

  • Prayer room and laundry room: PR Floor.
  • Kids' club: H Floor.
  • A grocery store at each of the tower's doors.
  • ATM: just outside the main entrance; turn left at the roundabout after you exit.

• Getting to the Haram

  From the main gate, turn right, then go straight ahead.

• Building

  Two main entrances and 19 elevators. Six emergency exits: two on the right of the main entrance, two on the left, and two near the parking area.

• Restaurant

  R Floor. Breakfast 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM; dinner 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

• Services

  • Prayer room: PR Floor.
  • Self-service laundry: PR Floor.
  • Barber shop: M Floor.
  • Lost and found: at reception.
  • Grocery store 4 minutes away; pharmacy 1 minute away.
  • ATM: just outside the main entrance; turn left at the roundabout after you exit.

• Getting to the Haram

  A shuttle bus to Al-Haram runs every 25 minutes; the ride takes about 5 minutes.

• Building

  18 floors with 15 rooms each, except floor 18, which has 3 suites: 261 rooms in total, for 1,062 pilgrims. Each floor has two emergency exits on either side of the elevators, in the same place on every floor.

• Restaurant

  B and M Floors. Breakfast 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM; lunch 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM; dinner 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

• Services

  • Prayer room: R Floor.
  • Nearest supermarket: Bin Dawood – Al Shisha, east of the hotel, across the street.

• Transport

  • If you wish to perform Umrah, a private car will be provided to drop you off the next day.
  • Otherwise, transport is at your own expense; use the nearest taxi or bus.
  • A nearby Makkah bus station only runs to the Haram, with no bus back to the accommodation, so arrange your own return.

In Al Aziziyah, on Masjid Al-Haram Road, opposite Ibn Baz Library, 6.2 kilometres from the Haram.

• Building

  Three elevators at reception and one at the back, by the second entrance. Emergency exits are at reception and at the back.

• Restaurant

  R Floor. Breakfast 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM; lunch 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM; dinner 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

• Services

  • Prayer room: MZ Floor.
  • Lost and found: at reception.

• Healthcare

  There is no clinic, but you can call the Red Crescent. There is no hospital nearby, but most are about 10 minutes away by car, including Al-Noor Specialist Hospital and King Faisal Hospital.

  • Prayer room: MS Floor.
  • Lost and found: at reception.
  • Parking: next to the hotel, for staff use only.

• Healthcare

  There is no clinic, but you can call the Red Crescent. There is no hospital nearby, but most are about 10 minutes away by car, including Al-Noor Specialist Hospital and King Faisal Hospital.

• Getting to the Haram

  There are no shuttle buses to the Haram. The nearest public bus station is a kilometre away, or you can take a taxi. A bus station for the Jamarat is next to the hotel.
