Hold on to the baggage claim tags you are given at check-in. These are essential for tracing lost luggage.
Documents to Keep Ready
When you land, make sure you have both digital copies and printed versions of the following documents:
- Hajj visa
- Vaccination certificate
- Nusuk booking summary
- Flight ticket
- Train ticket (if applicable)
At the Airport in Saudi Arabia
Be prepared for a busy and time-consuming arrival process, and please remain patient throughout.
After disembarking
- Follow the signs to immigration.
- Once through immigration, proceed to baggage reclaim.
- In the baggage hall, wait for your entire group to arrive and stay together. It is important that you stick together.
- Wait for further instructions from your guide before leaving the baggage hall.
In Case of Lost Luggage
- Fill out the lost luggage form at the baggage counter and keep a copy for reference.
- If they ask for your baggage tags, make sure you keep a photo of them.
- Inform your guide about the situation immediately.
After Collecting Your Luggage
- Once you exit the baggage area, go directly to the Nusuk Care (Inayah) booth.
- Identify yourselves to the assigned personnel, who will help you reach the transportation area.
