Once you have created your account, uploaded your documents, and submitted your application, the next two of the ten steps on Nusuk Hajj (hajj.nusuk.sa) are Step 4, application verification, and Step 5, selecting your preferred package category.
Step 4: Application Verification
Once your account has been successfully verified, you will receive an email confirming that the auditing process is complete. You can then move on to selecting your preferred package category and activating your eWallet for loading payments.
Your application status in Nusuk will also change to "Application Verified". You can see it at the top right of your profile page.
Step 5: Select Your Preferred Category
- Once verified, open "Select Preferred Category" to choose your preferred package category.
- View the different categories: Luxury, Premium, and Standard. In each category you can choose between non-shifting and shifting.
- Once you are satisfied, click "Mark as Preferred" on the category you have chosen, then click "Confirm".
- A red heart appears next to your preferred category once you have confirmed it.
Marking a preferred category does not select a package. Package selection happens later, and you can change your preferred category at any time from your dashboard.
Luxury category
Luxury packages offer pilgrims the highest level of service throughout their Hajj journey. Including 5-star hotels in both Makkah and Madinah, they suit pilgrims who want a pleasant and indulgent experience.
